This section applies specifically to merchants who install and use the TakeOrder.ai Tablet Android application on a device managed by their restaurant. All data exchanged between the Tablet App and our servers is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS). The App is configured to refuse cleartext network traffic.
Data Deletion (Tablet App):
A restaurant operator may request deletion of their merchant account and associated tablet data by emailing takeorder.ai@gmail.com or by using the account deletion option in the manager dashboard at https://app.takeorder.ai. Uninstalling the App automatically deletes the FCM registration token. We respond to deletion requests within 30 days.
Children:
The Tablet App is a B2B device app intended only for restaurant staff. It is not directed at, or intended for use by, children.
